Sorry I haven't been on much, we moved into our new house last Saturday and we don't have any internet yet. We are gonna wait until we pay our first mortgage to get cable, internet, etc. Just to make sure we have all of our finances figured out right. I feel so responsible :)
The move went really well! We got everything moved from Ryan's parents house to our new house in two trips, with 4 vehicles. It went a lot faster than I thought it was going to. Thanks goodness for big families! Now we are in the process of making this townhouse our very first home (that isn't military housing or a rental). I only have about 3-4 boxes left so I think I am doing pretty good unpacking.
I am getting into that "nesting" stage of my pregnancy so it is time to start preparing for this little boy! I feel like I have been pregnant forever. And EEK! (don't tell anyone) I am already in the maternity pants I wore when I was 8 months pregnant with Joshua!! I am barely 6 1/2 months. I feel like a whale already and I have so much longer to go. We are looking for a bassinet, hopefully we can find a great deal on one. I don't want to have two cribs! Joshua will be in a toddler bed within 4-5 months of the baby being born so hopefully a bassinet will work until then.
Well I have so many errands to run, Ryan is working overnights until he is allowed to be on his ankle again (WEDNESDAY!!) so me and Joshie are on our own for the day while he sleeps. I hope everyone is having a great Monday! I will hopefully be back in the next few days with some pictures. I forgot my camera at home today :( have a great week bloggy friends! Love Love ♥

What a week!
Wow this last week has flown by, but is endless all at the same time!
Ryan's surgery was last Wednesday, he is still on the crutches and they want him to be off his ankle for 3 more weeks! I highly doubt that is going to happen, he is a very strong willed man. He started physical therapy and is getting really dizzy every time he has to do the exercises they gave him. The therapists said that it looks like his ankle has the potential for getting infected (Ugh) so we need to watch it closely and if it gets infected then he has to go back in. Pray it stays healthy so he doesn't have to have it reopened and rinsed out.
We are closing on our house next Friday!! I am so excited. We plan on moving the 22nd, at least getting a huge amount of moving done. Hopefully Ryan's work schedule will let us :)
I have been going non-stop the last week, chasing Joshua around, taking care of Ryan and starting to pack up a little. I think I may have over done it, because I woke up this morning with a horribly sore back and not feeling well at all. Today I am going to take it easy (as much as these guys will let me) and hopefully feel better tomorrow!
I hope everyone is having a great week so far Love Love ♥

Week 22
I saw this on a blogger friends (fearfully.wonderfully) page and thought it would be cool to try out :)
Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 22 Weeks today
Size of baby: about 1 lb and 14 inches long
Total Weight Gained: 6 lbs
Maternity Clothes: I have been wearing maternity pants for a couple weeks now. I don't own a single maternity shirt. I didn't wear one the whole time I was pregnant with Josh. This is the only time its ok to have a belly, I'm gonna show it off!
Gender: Baby boy #2 is on the way
Movement: This child never stops moving. I feel him pretty much 24 hours a day. Every once in a while he will give me a break, but not very often!
Sleep: I have been sleeping pretty good the last couple nights actually. Having trouble falling asleep, but Ryan is working overnights so I'm pretty sure its the sleeping alone that's causing that. I love my pregnancy pillow!!
What I miss: Energy! My poor little Joshua is getting more and more independent, mostly because I don't have the energy to do everything he wants.
Cravings: Nothing really. Cheese popcorn every once in a while, salad Dr. Pepper are always good :)
How I'm Feeling: Good! No headaches this week, I am finally over this sinus infection so I am feeling wonderful!
Best Moment this week: When Ryan felt little boy move for the first time. He is moving so much!
And now the picture:

Only a month late...
Wow I can't believe how much I have been slacking on keeping up with my blog! I finally put pictures on the computer from Joshua's first birthday (yes, December 3rd was his birthday). Let me do a little update on what's happening in our lives right now, and we will end with pictures!
Hmm where do I start?! We got an e-mail from our Realtor a couple days ago, we are set to close on the 21st of January at 3:00 pm. I am so excited!! We haven't been at the house since the inspection, and I am so ready to go HOME. We are planning on taking at least the day we close and the day after to clean it out, and get ready to move all of our stuff in. Hopefully Ryan will have good hours those days so we can get stuff done! Otherwise I will go get it done without him :)
Tomorrow my dear husband will be having his second surgery on his ankle. He had this surgery right before we left Japan in 2009, but apparently they didn't do it right. He has bone spurs (OUCH!) growing on his ankle joint, they removed them the first time but they grew right back. This time they are going to go in, scrape the bone clean, rinse it out, and drill holes in the bone so that new, healthy bone will grow back. He is going to be out of work for at least a week, while he is on crutches. After the crutches are gone, he will have a boot for 4-6 weeks while he goes through physical therapy.
I recently started as a PCA (personal care assistant) for my little brother. He was drug and alcohol exposed while his birth mother was pregnant with him. So far 4 of my younger siblings have PCAs to help with day to day things, lucky for my Mom she has my older brother, older sister and me living so close we are her PCAs. This couldn't have come at a better time! Since Ryan has only been at his job a few months, he has no vacation time. So at least we will have some income while he is out of work after his surgery.
Well I am off to play a game while Joshua sleeps :) I don't do it very often so I am gonna relax and enjoy myself during his nap today! Here are his birthday pictures I promised.
Hope everyone is having a great week so far! love Love ♥
