Time for bed!

I finally found a pair of jeans today! I have been having such a hard time finding anything that fits since I had Joshua, I know its a sign I should lose weight but its so hard. I have been walking regularly, eating semi-healthy, and even running once in a while. I have lost almost 40 pounds since I had him, but I need to lose about 15 more to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and about 30 to get to my ideal weight! I want to do it! But after buying many jeans and returning them, trying on about 40 pairs. i grabbed a pair of 5.00 clearance jeans at walmart today and they fit!! I am so happy :)

well I need to sleep! Church in the morning. Hope everyone had a great saturday!

Wonderful Wednesday?

Happy Wednesday everyone!

I have been sick the last couple days, a very sore throat and really congested. Ugh! It is no fun... and Joshua has been extra crabby so that makes it so much worse!

joshua took an almost 4 hour nap today, and i got hardly anything done. I should have cleaned but i just took a nap and a shower. I folded a couple loads of laundry today so i wasnt totally slacking on the household chores :)

I want to ask you all for a little prayer request! My Dad has been working the 2nd shift at his job for a couple months now. 2pm-10pm. It has been really hard on my family, I have 6 little brothers and sisters. 4 of them are in school and don't get home until after 3 every day, so my dad goes from Sunday night to Saturday morning basically without seeing 4 of his kids. He talked to his boss the other day about switching shifts, because of how hard it has been for him and he said he would see what he could do. Well tomorrow my dad has his review and he is thinking they will let him know what is going to happen there. So PLEASE PLEASE pray they will allow him to switch shifts. This has been so hard on him to not be able to see half of his family...

Well I need to go take care of my fussy baby. I feel like i always end that way. He is just a fussy little man lately! Have a great night everyone :)

Some much needed picture updates!!!

I know I haven't posted pictures in a while so tonight is going to be all about pictures :)

My bubba boo! He is definitely a mama's boy. I remember when I bought this right after he was born... I didn't think it would ever fit him. It is a 6 month outfit :( My baby boy is getting so big!!

He loves to eat. He can't wait to be able to use a fork and spoon and eat REAL food! It will be too soon for Mommy. I want him to stay a baby forever

Here goes!

This is not how I spent my Monday morning: Cleaning the kitchen, sweeping the floors, and bringing mountains of laundry downstairs because I went 3 whole days without cleaning. I would never let my house get that bad... and even if I did I definitely wouldn't justify it by saying "It was my birthday Thursday" I don't do that. I know that doesn't mean I don't have to do anything all weekend!

And I did not put my baby in pajama's I found laying on the floor last night, because his pajama drawer was empty. I know that is gross and I would never do that! And he is not still wearing those very same pajama's 2 hours after he woke up, because I don't feel like getting him dressed.

I did not go to the mall on Saturday and spend 3 hours trying on jeans and shirts and finaly just give up and go get a pretzel. What good would that do me? I know better than that! Then I did not ask my husband if we could go back Sunday so I could look again, not me! I wouldn't do that to him!

That is just a short recap of my not me moments from this last weekend... I could go on and on but who wants to see that? not me! :)
